LeAnne Reese is the Director of Sales for Sunset Hills Country Club and a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia. She is responsible for membership sales and relations for the club. As Director of Sales, LeAnne also promotes, schedules and manages all banquet events, including but not limited to private parties, business meetings and seminars, showers, wedding and receptions. LeAnne is a Carrollton native and has worked in hospitality her entire career. LeAnne has degree in Marketing Management and holds a certification from Club Managers Association of America. She has years of First Class Service training by the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. She is often complimented on her “wits” style of management, also known as a “Whatever It Takes” approach to exceed the expectations of members and clients.

Gregory Blair is a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef with 20 years of progressive culinary experience across private clubs, golf communities, and upscale hotel environments. His club background includes Carolina Lakes Golf Club, The Palisades Country Club, and Long Cove Country Club in Hilton Head, South Carolina, where he mentored under Chef Fred Ramsey. He brings CIA training, a strong track record in systems development and financial management, and a reputation for organized kitchens, invested team development, and creative menu execution.

Justin Japour joined Sunset Hills Country Club in 2010 and is a Class “A” PGA Certified Professional with a Master’s in Business Management. Active in the golf industry since 1998, he holds PGA certifications in Golf Operations and Teaching & Coaching. A former collegiate athlete at Valdosta State University, he earned Academic All-American, Honorable Mention All-American, and Student-Athlete of the Year honors. Throughout his career, Justin has managed golf operations at both high-volume and smaller private clubs, emphasizing member satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance. He was honored with the 2021 Bill Strausbaugh Award for mentoring and service, and the 2024 Gene Siller Youth Player Development Award for his impact on junior golf. Recognized for his leadership and integrity, Justin remains committed to enhancing the member and guest experience at Sunset Hills through exceptional service, community engagement, and a true passion for the game.

Adam has served as Golf Course Superintendent at Sunset Hills since the beginning of 2018. He also served as the courses Assistant Golf Course Superintendent from 2010-2014. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee in 2004 with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design with a concentration in Turfgrass Management. Adam has worked in many various roles in golf since 1995 including 10 years as an Assistant Superintendent at several clubs and several Superintendent roles since 2014.

A native of Maryville, Tennessee, Derek was raised in Carrollton before studying History at Tulane University in New Orleans, and Georgia Tech for a semester while evacuated for Hurricane Katrina. In 2008 he joined the staff at Sunset Hills, working his way up to the position of Assistant Golf Course Superintendent in 2017. In his spare time he enjoys reading, wood turning, and spending time with his cat and his loveable mutt, Zoë.
